Vandalia, IL-(Vandalia Radio)- Two individuals face felony charges in Fayette County Court for Burglary and Theft.
25 year old Mateo Domingo Paiz was charged with Burglary without Causing Damage, which is a Class 3 Felony. Information on the charge says the defendant is alleged to have knowingly entered Rancho Nuevo without causing damage with intent to commit theft. He is also charged with Theft, which is a Class A Misdemeanor. Information in the charge says that Paiz is alleged to have stolen alcohol from the business.
25 year old Bartolo Domingo Silvestre is also facing charges of Burglary without Causing Damage and Theft, with the information on his charges being the same.
In Fayette County Court on Wednesday, both individuals were released from custody. Both are scheduled to appear in court with counsel on September 1st at 9 am.
