- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Robert T. Davis of Altamont for battery. Robert was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 62 year old Gerry L. Moore of Chicago for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Gerry posted bond and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 34 year old Octavio Moreno of Pasadena, TX for driving while license suspended. Octavio was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Justice A. Beck of Springfield for DUI alcohol, other drugs, or intoxicating compounds and possession/transportation of cannabis in vehicle outside approved container. Justice was given an NTA and was released.
