Mattoon Places One-Year Moratorium On Data Center Projects

Mattoon, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The city of Mattoon is placing a delay on data center projects.

The City Council unanimously approved a one-year moratorium on large-scale data centers. The delay will automatically renew after one year if the council takes no action.
