- Illinois State Police arrested 24 year old Javaughn M. Knight of Gary, IN for speeding and driving while license suspended. Javaughn was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Cassie L. Hastings of Effingham for aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting/obstructing a police officer with injury, threatening a public official, and violating probation. Cassie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50 year old Marcellas C. Swann of Effingham for a Richland County FTA warrant for driving revoked/2+ persons injured/death. Marcellas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 69 year old Dan L. Flood of Effingham for disorderly conduct. Dan was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Joseph W. Peters of Effingham for a Coles County FTA warrant for simple assault. Joseph was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
