Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Notice is hereby given of a public test of the Precinct Tabulation Optical Scan Technology Equipment and Program used by Effingham County, Illinois for the General Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

This test will be conducted by the Effingham County Clerk’s office on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. and will take place on the third floor of the Effingham County Office Building located at 101 N Fourth St, Effingham.
