- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Loretta L. McCormick of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Loretta was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 41 year old Alfredo Hernandez-Sandoval of Effingham for DUI alcohol, transportation/possession of alcohol by driver, and driving with one headlight. Alfredo was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 26 year old Derik R. Chandler of Murfreesboro, TN for DUI drugs, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon/vehicle/loaded firearm, unlawful use of cannabis by driver, and speeding. Derik was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 29 year old Wade J. Stuckey of Altamont for DUI alcohol. Wade was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Dalton J. Rogers of St. Elmo for driving while license suspended. Dalton was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Linda M. Funk of Vandalia for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. Linda was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 68 year old Johnny B. Hill of Milwaukee, WI for driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, unlawful use of cannabis by driver, transportation/possession of open alcohol by driver, and speeding. Johnny was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 62 year old Jerry J. Ball of Milwaukee, WI for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis by passenger. Jerry was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old Ian T. Hammond of Beecher City for an Effingham County PSC warrant for failure to abide by terms and conditions of problem solving court and a Coles County FTA warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Ian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Cayden J. Timmons of Beecher City for violation of sex offender registry. Cayden was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Burt D. Wenzel of Watson for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for failure to register, sentenced to 14 days DFD, credit 3 days. Burt was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old Timothy L. Schultz of Effingham for a St. Clair County FTA warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 45 year old David C. Johnson of Greenville, MS for a Marion County, IN FTA warrant for strangulation, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, alter forge counterfeit application for title, license plates, or registration sticker/card, driving while license suspended, no proper evidence or registration, operating an uninsured vehicle, and following too closely. David was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old James O. Moschenrose of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for an Effingham County FTA warrant for allowing garbage to accumulate. James posted bond and was released.
