- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Andrew J. McGinnis of Charleston for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for expired Driver’s License (for more that a year). Andrew was transported to Coles County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Bonnie A. Swofford of Mason for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC for possession of <5g of meth. Bonnie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 54 year old Jeffrey A. Marlow of Jewett for delivery of 15-100g of meth. Jeffrey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- US Attorney General’s Office arrested 22 year old Landin A. Miller of Effingham for 10 counts of child pornography. Landin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Ally J. Niebrugge of Effingham for theft over $500. Ally was given an NTA and was released.
