- Illinois Attorney General’s Office arrested 54 year old Travis J. Gillespie of Effingham for possession of child sexual abuse material. Travis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 39 year old Krystal R. Benedict of Effingham for driving while license suspended. Krystal was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Kristopher L. Mette of Shumway for retail theft <$300. Kristopher was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Jeremy D. Pontious of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked/suspended license. Jeremy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Jeffrey J. Myers of Effingham for battery. Jeffrey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Seth M. Flack of Herrick for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt of court. Seth posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Nicole L. Tolliver of Effingham for battery, probation violation, and resisting/obstructing a police officer. Nicole was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
