- Altamont Police arrested 19 year old Berry J. Doss of Effingham for retail theft. Berry was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Kaleb A. J. Godert of Teutopolis for theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth, aggravated delivery of meth, recipient fraud, possession of stolen debit card, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for burglary. Kaleb was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 36 year old Scott J. Clark of Newton for driving while license revoked and speeding. Scott was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 60 year old Jodi L. Winkler of Altamont for DUI alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device, operating an uninsured vehicle, and unlawful possession of adult use cannabis by driver. Jodi was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Dylan S. Runge of Farina for unlawful possession of adult use cannabis by driver. Dylan was given an NTA and was released.
