Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested Renee K. Buchanan of Chicago for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated battery in a public place and a Will County FTA warrant for aggravated battery to a police officer and aggravated battery in a public place. Renee was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
