- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Skyla K. Baldwin of Pesotum for a Coles County FTA warrant for shoplifting. Skyla was given an NTA by Coles County and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Justin S. Beck of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Justin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Brendan M. Kemme of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft. Brendan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
