- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Nina C. L. Wilson of Pasadena, TX for obstructing identification and a DuPage County FTA warrant for retail theft. Nina was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Katlynn M. Rhodes of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Katlynn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Derek A. Britz of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail. Derek was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 40 year old Billy M. Gillespie, Sr. of Altamont for DUI alcohol and improper lane usage. Billy was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Jimmie J. Hickman of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery. Jimmie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Alisha L. Timmons of Effingham for domestic battery. Alisha was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 30 year old Jaime G. Guerrero Turja of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for junk accumulation on premises. Jaime posted bond and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 41 year old Michael B. Oakley of Sparta, Il for DUI alcohol. Michael was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 45 year old Nicholas B. Seabaugh of Vandalia for DUI alcohol. Nicholas was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 20 year old Daischa J. Piedra of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for speeding 35+ mph over limit, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Daischa was transported to Cumberland County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Isiah J. Robinson of Effingham for reckless driving and driving with suspended registration. Isiah was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Jason W. Sanders of Flora for a Richland County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Jason was given an NTA by Richland County and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Francisco Leyva Juarez of Effingham for aggravated battery, battery, and endangering the life of a child. Francisco was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Nathaniel Sparks of Effingham for retail theft and criminal trespass to real property. Nathaniel was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Ray L. Carranza of Wheeler for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for contempt. Ray was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
