- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Sarah M. Budde of Effingham for driving while license suspended. Sarah was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57 year old James R. Lowe of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Cynthia R. Barnes of Beecher City for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, and operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Cynthia was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Benjamin G. Powell of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail sentenced to 55 days, credit for 25 days. Benjamin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Kharissa A. Kennard of Beecher City for domestic battery. Kharissa was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 62 year old Dale A. Chapman of Robinson for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass. Dale was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Timothy J. Cobstill of Decatur for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt of court. Timothy posted bond and was released.
