Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club recently welcomed Teutopolis native and author Leon Gobczynski, who shared stories from his new book, Shooting With Stars, highlighting his basketball career and experiences both at home and abroad.
