- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for a Moultrie County FTA warrant for burglary. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 67 year old Timothy E. Finfrock of Shelbyville for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC sentenced to 4 years for possession of meth. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Forrest J. Donaldson of Effingham for a Shelby County FTA warrant for possession of meth. Forrest was transported to Shelby County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 42 year old Gabriel Montero Reyes of Effingham for a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt of court. Gabriel posted bond and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 46 year old Athena B. Martin of Charleston, MS for DUI alcohol, speeding, and transportation or possession of open alcohol by driver. Athena was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
