EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Joshua C. Watson of Columbia, MO for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt of court (2 times). Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Illinois State Police arrested 52 year old Jason S. Waggoner of Independence, MO for DUI alcohol, transportation of open alcohol by driver, and improper lighting. Jason was given an NTA and was released.
