Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sheriff Kuhns stopped by with special guest Catherine Bailey, Effingham County EMA Public Information Coordinator, to discuss the preparation and response to the June 17th tornado by not only the Sheriff’s Office and EMA, but local businesses, entities, and even local residents to help others in their time of need.

While we all hope this isn’t needed again, it is reassuring that the response will be highly coordinated and everyone will be ready in a time of crisis.
