- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Shamar A. Whitmore of St. Louis, MO for an Effingham County FTA warrant for obstructing a police officer. Shamar was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Sheila M. Phillips of Centralia for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft >$300. Sheila was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Norman K. McMahon of Memphis, TN for driving while license suspended, speeding, a Cook County FTA warrant for no valid Driver’s License, and a Champaign County FTA warrant for driving on a suspended license. Norman was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Christopher A. Wilson of Newton for operating an uninsured vehicle, disobeying a traffic control device, and a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Christopher was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Jalen N. Herschberger of Effingham for aggravated reckless discharge of a firearm and unlawful possession of weapons. Jalen was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
