- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Shanda G. Hall of Teutopolis for possession of <5g of meth, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shanda was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 42 year old Everett E. Elledge of Montrose for speeding, driving while license revoked, and unlawful possession of cannabis by driver. Everett was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Mark C. Morales of Teutopolis for probation violation, possession of <5g of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
