- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old Michael D. Munsell of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Michael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Benjamin R. Holcombe of Crevecouer, MO for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Benjamin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Tijuan Jallow of Windsor for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Tijuan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 18 year old Dalton J. Rogers of St. Elmo for DUI alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, and speeding. Dalton was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Blake L. Nation of Effingham for domestic battery and interfering with a domestic violence report. Blake was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 42 year old Harley T. Miller of Effingham for aggravated assault to a police officer and resisting a police officer with injury. Harley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
June 22, 2026
- Illinois State Police arrested 54 year old Theresa M. Ostrander of Richmond, MI for attempted aggravated assault, use of a deadly weapon, and possession of a controlled substance. Theresa was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Carter A. Donaldson of Effingham for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Carter was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
