- Illinois State Police arrested 50 year old Donaldo P. Umanzor of Los Angeles, CA for a San Beradino, CA FTA warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. Donaldo was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Dalton R. Deweese of Paris for retail theft, obstructing identification, two Champaign County FTA warrants for retail theft, two Coles County FTA warrants for burglary and criminal trespass, and a Vigo County FTA warrant for theft. Dalton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old James L. Hardesty of Beecher City for burglary. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 44 year old Carlos M. Willer of Alsip, IL for driving while license revoked. Carlos was given an NTA and was released.
