the Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Effingham to Mattoon run kicked off at 8am with the help of the Effingham County Lightning – Special Olympics!
The Torch Run helps raise funds and awareness for the Special Olympics athletes. The runners started in Effingham and ran north on Route 45 to Mattoon.
