Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A popular home security camera is under recall because one wrong screw could spark a fire risk. Wyze [[ wise ]] Labs is recalling Solar Cam Pan cameras sold online and at stores like Amazon and Home Depot.
The instructions may point owners to a screw that can puncture the lithium-ion battery. Wyze reports overheating, fires, and burns. Owners should stop using the cameras and check Wyze’s recall page for a refund or replacement.
