- Altamont Police arrested 26 year old Mitchell A. Martin of Effingham for retail theft. Mitchell was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Mark C. Morales of Teutopolis for an Effingham County FTA warrant for battery/physical contact. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 48 year old Aduiel Garfies of Chicago for DUI alcohol. Aduiel was given an NTA and was released.
