EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL
June 6, 2026
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Alishia D. Brown of Charleston for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol. Alishia was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Anthony B. Light of Mattoon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked/suspended license. Anthony posted bond and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 34 year old Johan R. Miquilena of Chicago for operating an uninsured vehicle, operating a vehicle with no valid license (never issued), and speeding. Johan was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Norman M. Shinn of Wheeler for aggravated battery strangulation. Norman was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Caine E. Donaldson of Beecher City for DUI alcohol, resisting a police officer, and endangering the life/health of a child. Caine was taken to the Effingham County Jail and is pending release.
- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Kaylee J. Harlan of Effingham for endangering the life/health of a child. Kaylee was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Dalton R. Ard of Teutopolis for aggravated battery to a police officer, domestic battery with prior, parole violation, and resisting/obstructing a police officer. Dalton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
June 7, 2026
- Effingham City Police arrested 59 year old Ricky E. Bowlin of Effingham for aggravated assault to a police officer. Ricky was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Tiffany N. Crawford of Robinson for an Effingham C ounty mittimus to jail sentenced to 48 hours for resisting a police/correctional officer. Tiffany was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Louis D. Morris of Effingham for domestic battery. Louis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Jacob C. Korves of Vandalia for DUI drugs, unlawful possession of cannabis by driver, and improper lane usage. Jacob was given an NTA and was released.
June 8, 2026
- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old William R. Allen of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery and resisting a police officer. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 23 year old Varela E. Alferez of Addison, IL for driving while license suspended and speeding. Varela was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Eduardo Mejia-Lopez of Effingham for DUI drugs and improper lane usage. Eduardo was given an NTA and was released.
