- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52 year old Joseph W. Wilkinson of Mattoon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft <$300. Joseph was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Gavin A. Verdeyen of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer. Gavin was transported to the Fayette County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Forest A. LeForge of Desoto, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a suspended license. Forest was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested Shawn W. Wolff of Altamont for residential burglary, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, burglary, theft <$500, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, and criminal damage to property. Shawn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Daisy N. Hillis of Farina for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Daisy was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55 year old Michael W. Walker of Effingham for 2 counts of armed violence, 2 counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm, 2 counts of reckless discharge of a firearm, and 2 counts of aggravated assault. Michael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Jeffery A. Dotterweich of Louisville for DUI alcohol and illegal consumption of alcohol by driver. Jeffery was given an NTA and was released.
