EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Illinois State Police arrested 20 year old Markell A. Watson of Georgetown, IL for improper lane usage, operating a vehicle with no valid Driver’s License, DUI alcohol, illegal consumptyion of alcohol by a minor, obstructing identification, and resisting a police officer. Markell was taken to the Effingham County Jail and is pending release.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 65 year old Janie M. Duckwitz-Patchen of Effingham for expired registration, DUI alcohol, and and illegal transportation of alcohol by driver. Janie was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 25 year old Laney J. Flowers of Effingham for improper lighting and driving while license suspended. Laney was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Kenneth D. Knapp of Norman, OK for DUI alcohol. Kenneth was taken to the Effingham County Jail and is pending release.
