- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Ethan D. L. McElroy of Effingham for leaving the scene of an accident. Ethan was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old Misty W. Hill of Clay City for a Clay County FTA warrant for no valid Driver’s License. Misty posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Anthony A. Brown of Effingham for possession of 15-100g of meth, possession of 5-15g of meth with intent to deliver, and possession of a controlled substance. Anthony was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Brianna S. Loy of Altamont for possession of a controlled substance. Brianna was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47 year old Timothy L. Hardesty of Beecher City for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft $500-$10k. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Illinois State Police arrested 34 year old Erica L. Walk of Effingham for aggravated DUI, transportation/possession of open alcohol by driver, operating an uninsured vehicle, and speeding. Erica was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 40 year old Matthew E. Niemerg of Teutopolis for DUI alcohol, driving with expired license plates, failure to signal when required, and improper lane usage. Matthew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for a Moultrie County FTA warrant for burglary. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Juan Domingo Gomez of Effingham for no valid license and operating an uninsured vehicle. Juan was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Devin R. Fable of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery and criminal trespass. Devin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
