- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Joshua S. Koonce of Charleston for a Jasper County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Joshua was transported to Jasper County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 36 year old Chelsea R. Ruble of Lakewood, IL for driving while license suspended. Chelsea was given an NTA and was released.
