Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Michelle D. Dilley of Shelbyville for an Effingham County FTA warrant for fraudulent use of debit/credit card >$150. Michelle was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Illinois State Police arrested 24 year old Alexander C. Riddle of Marion for a Williamson County FTA warrant for violating pretrial conditions and operating a vehicle while on cell phone. Alexander was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
