- Illinois State Police arrested 26 year old Shamar A. Whitmore of St. Louis, MO for driving while license suspended, obstructing identification, and speeding. Shamar was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Shawn R. Durbin of Watson for trespassing on railroad property, possession of <5g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle, and unlawful possession of weapons by felon. Shawn was given an NTA and was released.
- Altamont Police arrested 34 year old Ashley N. Young of Altamont for domestic battery. Ashley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 27 year old Robert J. Smith of Douglasville, GA for speeding 35mph+ over limit. Robert was given an NTA and was released.
