- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Scott A. Jones of Mattoon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol. Scott was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Carlos Eduardo Ramos Golindano of Effingham for driving while license suspended. Carlos was given an NTA and was released.
