- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Jesse D. Horn of Effingham for a Fayette County warrant for criminal trespass to residence with person present. Jesse was transferred to Fayette County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Loretta L. McCormick of Altamont for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Loretta was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Justin M. Spillari of Wheeler for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a cancelled or revoked license. Justin was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Skyler R. Pritchard for retail theft. Skyler was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Justice L. Pocrnich of Robinson for retail theft. Justice was given an NTA and was released.
