January 10, 2026

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old Timothy A. Jones of Effingham for a McLean County FTA warrant for DU alcohol. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47 year old James W. Ledbetter of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for fentanyl/amphetamine possession. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Dakota M. Czerwonka of Montrose for grooming and sexual exploitation of a child. Dakota was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Illinois State Police arrested 26 year old Mariah D. Henry of Southbend, IN for driving on a suspended license. Mariah was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Jessica L. White of Vandalia for DUI alcohol. Jessica was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Dallas J. D. Harvey of Newton for a Jasper County FTA warrant for assault/physical contact. Dallas was transported to the Jasper County Jail.

January 11, 2026

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Aaron M. Walk of Mattoon for an Effingham County attachment for contempt and violating an order of protection. Aaron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Eterio D. J. Tovar Imbett of Effingham for driving with no valid driver’s license. Eterio was given an NTA and was released.

January 12, 2026

  • Illinois State Police arrested 20 year old Shaves M. Rodgers of Carbondale for driving while license suspended. Shaves was given an NTA and was released.
  • Illinois State Police arrested 36 year old Antonio D. J. Sanchez of Bloomington for driving while license suspended. Antonio was given an NTA and was treleased.
  • Illinois State Police arrested 18 year old Aaron J. Rizer-Easter of South Holland, IL for driving while license suspended, speeding 15-20mph over limit, and reckless driving. Aaron was given an NTA and was released.
  • Illinois State Police arrested 38 year old Krystal R. Benedict of Greenup for driving while license suspended. Krystal was given an NTA and was released.
