- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Roger L. Kirkman of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft $500-$10k. Roger was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old William P. Knight, JR. of Effingham for driving while license revoked. William was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 34 year old Cody M. Gould of Louisville for DUI alcohol. Cody was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested Jesse D. Horn for obstructing identification. Jesse was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old Isak P. McGivney of Altamont for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Isak was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 24 year old Lolian S. Martinez Ayala of Waukegan, IL for a Lake County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer, criminal damage to property $500-$10k (2 counts). driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Lolian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Altamont and Illinois State Police arrested 32 year old Colton D. Reisner of St. Elmo for aggravated battery to a police officer (2 counts), and resisting or obstructing a police officer (2 counts). Colton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Levi G. Austin of Altamont for retail theft. Levi was given an NTA and was released.
