Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Kyler J. Rogers of Wheeler for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft $500-$10k. Kyler was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Derek L. Feldhake of Effingham for retail theft <$300. Derek was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 61 year old Richard M. Fowler of Oakland, Il for retail theft with prior conviction. Richard was given an NTA and was released.
