The Illinois Attorney General’s Office arrested 66 year old Larry D. Gibson of Effingham for 7 counts of dissemination of child pornography and 5 counts of possession of child pornography. Larry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Garry E. Courtney of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC FTA warrant, possession of <5g of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
