September 7, 2024

  • Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Anthony S. Evans of Effingham for a Shelby County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Anthony posted bond and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Shawna M. Mitchell of Effingham for a Bond County warrant for probation violation. Shawna was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Hunter S. Lowe of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for burglary. Hunter was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 48 year old Jeremy C. Hoffman of Effingham for a USDC warrant for conspiracy to distribute. Jeremy was transported to Marion County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old John N. VanPelt of Effingham for theft. John was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Kamon D. Collins of Mason for possession of a controlled substance and driving while license suspended. Kamon was given an NTA and was released.

  • Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Kaileb A. Keener of Effingham for aggravated battery and endangering the life of the child. Kaileb was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47 year old Derrick J. Kuhlman of Altamont for an IDOC warrant for parole violation. Derrick was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Trystia M. Roberts of Effingham for endangering the life of a child. Trystia was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Jeremy A. Wiseman of Effingham for aggravated DUI. Jeremy was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Christopher A. Conkling of Wentzville, MO for domestic battery and endangering the life/health of a child. Christopher was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

September 9, 2024

  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Braydon T. Shields of Madison, MO for possession of <5g of meth and possession of hypodermic needle. Braydon was given an NTA and was released.
  • Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Isabella Gardner of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt. Isabella was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
