- Illinois State Police arrested 35 year old Michael P. Olson of Effingham for a Clinton County FTA warrant for domestic battery/strangling. Michael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Katlynn Rhodes of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for contempt. Katlynn posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Cailou R. Repp of Effingham for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Cumberland County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Cailou was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Joshua P. Tanner of Marseilles, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Matthew W. Lee of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for failure to give notice to crash. Matthew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Ian T. Hammond of Shelbyville for domestic battery and criminal damage to property <$500. Ian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Joseph S. Snyder of Fairfield for a mittimus to jail. Joseph was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Layton Barnes of Mason for residential burglary and theft <$500. Layton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49 year old Heather Lindemann of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Heather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Shawna Mitchell of Altamont for a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of meth. Shawna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Miranda Ledbetter of Altamont for possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, and obstructing justice. Miranda was given a pretrial NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Davon Barnes of Lumberton, NC for DUI, driving while license suspended, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Davon was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 55 year old James Lowe of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Samuel Sarver of Effingham for aggravated battery, resisting a police officer, and domestic battery. Samuel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
