- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Steven M. Whitney of Tuscola for a Fayette County warrant. Steven was transported to Fayette County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old James Davis of Effingham for criminal trespass to real property and animal cruelty. James was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Rachael Stephens of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft/disposing of merchandise <$300. Rachael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
