Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Chris N. Westergard of Effingham for violating an order of protection. Chris was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Hadley R. Majors of Effingham for armed robbery, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing/eluding police, and aggravated battery. Hadley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
