Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Kenneth A. Laws of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for delivery of 100-400g of meth. Kenneth was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64 year old Keith A. Evans of Altamont for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC for aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Keith was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Scott N. Figueroa of Watson for retail theft. Scott was given an NTA and was released.
