- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55 year old Vickie L. Kimery of Lerna for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Vickie posted bond and was released.
- Fayette County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50 year old Ted A. Burkhardt for an Effingham County FTA warrant for felon failure/return from furlough. Ted was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Donovan T. Godert for resisting/obstructing a police officer. Donovan was released on a pretrial NTA.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Jason W. Miller of Vandalia for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Jason was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Andrew M. Wilkins of Mason for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for driving on a revoked/suspended license and 2nd DUI. Andrew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Isabella R. Gardner of Effingham for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Isabella posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 44 year old Chad M. Strong of Newton for driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and expired registration. Chad was given an NTA and was released.
