Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Nathaniel S. Sparks (homeless) for an Effingham County warrant for theft/disposing of merchandise <$300 and possession of <5g of meth. Nathaniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Brandon S. Knott of St. Peter for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Brandon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
