Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old David J. Ruholl of Mattoon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. David was given an NTA.
Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Sean M. A. Rivers of Effingham for resisting a police officer, and a Coles County FTA warrant for aggravated assault and intimidation. Sean was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
