- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Brittany D. Dowell of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for bad checks/obtain controlled property. Brittany posted bond and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 23 year old Myles D. Boughton of Chicago for a Williamson County FTA warrant for speeding 35+ mph over limit. Myles was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Megan E. Duckworth of Dieterich for possession of <5g of meth and possession of hypodermic syringe. Megan was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
