- Effingham City Police arrested 65 year old David B. Parker of Effingham for aggravated battery. David was released with an NTA.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Kierstin L. Young of Mt. Vernon, IN for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Kierstin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old Michelle L. Carrell of Stewardson for a Cumberland County FTA warrant. Michelle posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Rachel M. Quiggle of Farina for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rachel was released with an NTA.
