- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Cole L. Reynolds of Louisville for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cole was given an NTA and was released.
October 22, 2023
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass and an Effingham County FTA warrant for accumulation of garbage/junk. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Shawn M. Raymer of Effingham for retail theft. Shawn was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 19 year old Ryan A. Smith of Effingham for DUI alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. Ryan was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 28 year old Maleia S. Croy of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Maleia was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 34 year old Benjamin F. Thomas of Indianapolis, IN for DU alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device, disobeying a police officer, and driving while license suspended. Benjamin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Willis J. Hewkin of Marion for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery/contact/1-2 previous convictions. Willis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
