- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Skylor J. Rohr of Mattoon for an Effingham County warrant for contempt. Skylor was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Brian E. Tirey of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Brian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Nicole R. Bynum of Mattoon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Nicole posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Rhiannon M. Winner of Shumway for an Effingham County FTA warrant for forgery/make/alter a document, a Crawford County FTA warrant for retail theft, a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, and a Coles County FTA warrant for burglary/forced entry to a residence. Rhiannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old Jasmine A. Meyer of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC. Jasmine was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Wyatt D. Goade of Effingham for burglary to a motor vehicle. Wyatt was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
