- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Joshua M. Lister of Beecher City for possession of 500-2000g of cannabis. Joshua was given a pretrial NTA.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49 year old Jacqualyn F. Mankowski of Edgewood for aggravated domestic battery. Jacqualyn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 61 year old Kevin E. Welch of Effingham for threatening a public official. Kevin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Parker D. Simmons of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery. Parker was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
